1. The service
Flayr is an AI shopping concierge installed as a storefront app. By installing or using Flayr, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must have an active online store and the authority to bind your business to these Terms.
3. Plans, billing & free trial
Paid plans are billed through your storefront's billing system on a monthly recurring basis. Each plan includes a 14-day free trial; you can cancel during the trial without being charged. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are not pro-rated.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Flayr to: (a) violate any law, (b) harass shoppers or send unsolicited marketing, (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our model weights or proprietary data, or (d) attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of your storefront content, customer data, and conversation logs. We process this data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI output
Flayr's AI replies are grounded in your live catalog but may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the system prompt to match your brand. We provide no warranty that AI output is error-free.
7. Service changes
We may add, remove, or modify features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice via email or the merchant dashboard.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app from your store admin. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, we purge tenant data within 30 days.
9. Disclaimers
Flayr is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
